Mum & Baby Yoga
Our mum and baby yoga classes have been designed to re-connect you back to your bodies again, after pregnancy and birth. We work on gently and safely re-building deep core and pelvic floor strength while also releasing tension in the muscles, focusing on stretching the upper back, shoulders, necks and hips.
There are lots of chances for bonding with your baby as you move, making this a lovely class for mum and baby connection. This class is suitable from 6 weeks post-birth until baby can crawl.
Mum and baby is taught by pre and postnatal Yoga specialist, Lucy. Lucy has taught yoga for 10 years, training in Ashtanga Yoga, and deciding to specialise in pregnancy, birth and postnatal Yoga in 2016.
Lucy is also a birth and postnatal Doula and is happy to cuddle, rock and look after babies (if you would like her to!) while you take some deserved time to focus on yourself.
