Mum & Baby Pilates
Our mat-based Pilates classes are designed for mums to gently and safely re-build and develop their strength after giving birth. The classes focus on core and pelvic floor engagement, helping to support the body with good alignment and posture, which is often so easily compromised in motherhood. Pilates will aid flexibility and strength offering a full body workout, all while baby sits / lays next to you! This classes is suitable from 8 weeks post-birth, until baby is crawling.
Cathy is an experienced instructor and loves supporting new mums. Cathy holds a L3 Matt Pilates qualification, as well as teaching ballet, dance and many other fitness classes for years, both at her own studio and now here, at Clubhouse.
